When the crown block returned to its position from front to back, many of the crown blocks returned to its position from left to right, and the crown block returned to its position unbalanced. As a result, the right side of the crane had reached the foot plug, and the left rear stop SW could not reach the foot plug.
8. The crane homing back and forth
Due to the inconsistency of the left and right homing, the homing of the crane crane is not balanced, and the SW on the left side of the crane crane is pushed to the foot plug and then bounced off.
According to the above situation, it can be seen that the crane reaches the homing point during homing, but the front and rear motors and the uppermost iron rods connected to the motors are still rotating. Solution: Remove the foot plug on the right side of the crane to stop the crane or turn the rear stop SW more. (Be careful not to bend or bend too much)
9. The crane did not return to its position
a Check the belt of the crown block, whether it slips out of the wheel, etc., and whether it needs to be replaced.
b Check whether the lock plates on both sides of the crown block are against the track of the crown block. (Remove or tighten it)
c The left side of the middle plate of the crown block returned to its position, and the spring tube was blocked, causing the left side to be unable to stop. (Just straighten out the line of the spring tube)
10. When the crane crane returns to its position, the claws can’t handle the rope
The crane machine does not show the fault code of the crane. This is because the upper stop SW is topped up, and the upper stop SW is pressed down or the coin is dropped to play once and the item is OK.
11. The crane crane returns to its normal position
No fault code is displayed, but the coin-operated crane just doesn’t move.
Check to see if the rocker ground wire is broken or the button to retrieve the item has been pressed, and it will not pop up when pressed. Just replace the retrieve button. If it is not the fault of the power supply box, replace the power supply box.
12. The overhead crane picks up objects in mid-air
This is because there is a problem with the lower stop SW, or the coil of the crown block is broken. Need to replace the coil and stop the micro switch.
13. The claw crane machine does not catch the claws
The claws of the claw crane machine do not go up or down or the claws do not grasp. This is because the coil is broken, just replace the coil.
14. The crane rope reversal of the crane machine
This is because the SW of the bottom stop is broken, or the motor speed of the overhead crane is too fast, or the rope is too short, or the movement of the control piece is not working… It needs to be carefully observed. Here you need to adjust the speed of the motor to the full shop, and the rope of the overhead crane is not required. Cut it at will and send it back to the original factory for repair in time if the control film is not smooth, or send a new one and replace the SW.
